theasdproject
theasdproject was started by two high schoolers who wanted to dive deep into their passions and make a difference in their community.
Meet the Team:

Keya Mysorekar - President/Founder
keya@theasdproject.org
Keya Mysorekar is someone who genuinely cares about changing how we look at disorders, seeing them not as things that need to be "cured," but as unique strengths. She plans to major in cognitive neuroscience on a pre-law track. Her passion for psychology started back in tenth grade during her AP Psychology class, and she has wanted to make a real difference ever since. Founder's note: "I hope that autistic individuals will be treated respectfully one day and that they will feel loved and valued."

Addison Kurtin - President/Founder
addison@theasdproject.org
Addison Kurtin is passionate about helping out the autistic community. She’s an aspiring journalist who wants to use her voice to advocate for others and make sure everyone feels like they belong. Founder's Note: "I think it’s so important to see ASD as a gift rather than something that needs to be fixed. Everyone has their own unique strengths, and that’s exactly what makes people with ASD so amazing."
